ASAP Bins and Bobcat Pty Ltd Terms of Use
The customer hereby agrees:
Bins on Hire can only be moved by ASAP Bins and Bobcat. Customers are not to use frontend loaders, bobcats or excavators to move bins once placed on site. ASAP Bins are to be contacted to arrange movement at a convenient time to both parties. Any damage caused by customers or their agents/contractors on moving the bins themselves will be invoiced to the customer for painting and repairs.- To pay any extra costs as set out by ASAP Bins and Bobcat Pty Ltd as a result of overloading or incorrect loading of the bin(s) by the customer, his agent, or other person(s) whilst at the customer's premises or under the control of the customer.
The placement, loading and pickup of bins are under the direct orders and control of the customer, and the customer indemnifies ASAP Bins and Bobcat Pty Ltd against any loss, damage or injury as a result of the function performed.- To indemnify ASAP Bins and Bobcat Pty Ltd against liability for damages caused to
any driveway, pavement/path, curbing or other surfaces as a result of using this service. - ASAP Bins and Bobcat Pty Ltd will not accept any responsibilty for damage to property or injury to persons as a result of using this service, however such injury or damage caused
- To pay any extra costs as set out by ASAP Bins and Bobcat Pty Ltd for any damage caused to the bin, whilst at the customer's premises or under the customers control.
- To ensure that any bin left unattended in a public place is adequately covered to avoid material being dislodged, removed or blown out of the bin and will indemnify ASAP Bins and Bobcat Pty Ltd against any legal actions, damages or costs which may occur
- To indemnify ASAP Bins and Bobcat Pty Ltd against damages caused to any pipe, pit or cover of underground services
- To pay ASAP Bins and Bobcat Pty Ltd any extra costs incurred if forcible removal of the bin(s), is required by statutory or other authorities.
- Should the customer be absent from the premises at the time of delivery of the bin(s), the customer's verbal or written instructions shall constitute acceptance of these conditions.
